My journey into the world of personal development and equine wisdom began with a deep-seated love for horses and a desire to uncover the deeper truths of life. With over 30 years of immersive experience in the equestrian world, I’ve discovered that horses have an incredible ability to teach us profound lessons about ourselves and our potential for growth.

Workshops typically run from 9:30 am – 4:30 pm and include a local, organic lunch, organic teas/coffee/juice, snacks and materials plus your tuition time and equine experiences. We promote a gifting economy and offer a sliding scale price guideline of $295 – $555. We also offer one scholarship per year to a nominated individual, if you would like to nominate a community member please email me with your name, your nominee name and email and why you are nominating them.
You will be asked to send a deposit of $100 to secure your spot!

Choose what is in alignment with your financial situation, desire and satisfaction. Connect with yourself, you will usually have a figure in mind. If you are uncomfortable with the amount you can offer, get creative and propose something else to me that does feel good. The payment is due after the workshop is complete.
Workshops are for everyone aged 12+ and are suitable even for those who have a fear of horses. No horse experience is necessary, and no riding is involved.
I recommend wearing lots of layers because sessions are outside. In the summer, a hat and sunscreen are recommended. We have water, organic teas and coffee and snacks on site but its good to bring your own water bottle. Closed toe shoes are mandatory. A journal and pen are optional. Thats it!
A full refund of your deposit is available up to 7 days before the start date.
After this you are invited to use your deposit payment towards another service as a credit.
Usually for one and two day workshops we host up to 6 people.
I promote a gifting economy model (see my website for more info). For a 7 hr workshop the sliding scale guideline is from $295-$555. This includes all your materials, food and tuition. I also run a scholarship program and except applicants all year round.
There are several challenges that I can support you through. Some of the most common themes include: leadership issues, performance anxiety, boundaries, communication, emotional agility and confidence.
Yes! I am triple certified! I am also licensed with Equestrian Canada and The National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP). I am fully insured.
The workshop is held on Salt Spring Island, BC Canada. We are located Mid-island and a short drive from Fulford Harbour, Ganges or Long Harbour. There are several accommodation options available please email me if you would like recommendations.
We operate out of a private facility with 5 acres of land, a riding arena, round-pen, and barn with heated bathroom with fridge, spring water and snacks. Our day will be spent outside but there is plenty of shade and comfortable seating.
We have three horses. A mother and daughter duo and a lovely gelding. Maestra Ambiente AKA Mae 6 year old Pura Raza Espanola PRE (Andalusian) mare, Phaedra Aurelia AKA Ora 3 year old PRE and Osiris AKA Oz 6 year old Lusitano. These horses are all an ancient breed ridden by royalty and known for their intelligence, benevolence and desire to connect with people. They are exceptional co-facilitators!
